Our Team

The Georgia Eye Institute has a team of sub-specialists with expertise in pediatric ophthalmology, cataracts, glaucoma, refractive procedures, cornea procedures, ocular trauma, orbital procedures, retina procedures, vitreous procedures, and ocular plastics. These specialists provide immediate face-to-face consultations with patients and colleagues when needed. We also have highly trained optometric physicians who provide routine eye exams and contact lens fitting. There is a Georgia Eye Institute physician on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We encourage and support continuing education and training for all of our Team Members. In fact, 90 percent of our clinical support staff has reached national certification levels.

Our Guests and Community

We spend a great deal of time teaching patients about ocular conditions, care, and treatment options. We also perform free vision and glaucoma screenings in the community and participate in health fairs that educate the public.
